We have been brainstorming other ways the fungus could be used to protect people, besides putting it in a spray. We are researching ways that a type of device could be used that would spray the fungus on an area periodically. We are also thinking of a way for clothing to become treated with the fungus.

Team Malare-Aware! Today we are adding the finishing touches to our PowerPoint to get ready to present our idea. We have also been brainstorming about ways we can design a potential experiment in which we would decide the best oil-to-fungus ratio for our spray.

We have a product! Today we decided on a name for our spray product: Malare-Away. Our original plan of creating an aerosol spray with the oil-fungus solution was vetoed due to the environmental harm aerosol containers cause to the environment. Instead, we will use a bottle somewhat like a windex container. This design will also be better suited towards direct spraying onto surfaces, instead of into the air. We also have a tentative logo for our product.
